Municipal Chairman Shyam Sundar Keshari held a meeting with the employees of the health and tax departments

Mirzapur. Nagar Palika President Shyamsundar Keshari held a review meeting with the officials of health and tax department at the main office of Nagar Palika. He said that to improve the ranking of Nagar Palika Mirzapur in the upcoming Swachh Survey, cleanliness system should be improved in the wards. Preparations should be made for all the points on which marks are given in the ranking from now itself. The ward’s Safai Nayak should clean every street, main road and ensure timely lifting of garbage. Along with this, deep cleaning of drains should be done so that waterlogging does not occur. Also make people aware of cleanliness. After sweeping, identify the people who throw garbage, make them aware and ask the employees to throw it away. There are many festivals in the months of July and August, keep the cleanliness system in the wards in order by running special cleanliness campaigns on these festivals. Along with this, the Nagar Palika President also reviewed tax collection with the officials of the tax department. He said that ensure recovery as per the target given by the government. On this occasion, the Municipal Council President said that instructions have been given to start preparations from now on to improve the ranking of Mirzapur city in the upcoming Swachh Survey. Mirzapur Municipal Council has secured second position in the division and tenth position in Ganga Town. Along with this the officers and employees of the tax department have been instructed to achieve 100% recovery as per the target given by the government.
