Former Union Minister and MP Shri Devsinh Chauhan laid the foundation stone and unveiled the plaque of the new community health center Mahudha, which will be built at a cost of Rs. 6.5 crores, at Taluka Panchayat Mahudha today. In his speech on the occasion, the MP said that after the construction of this community center, all the services related to social service will be on one road. The service of Daridra Narayan is equal to the service of Ranchhodrai. All the various government service offices are located on this road, so we should name this road as Jan Seva Marg, he said. He further said, โThe government has taken care of education and health of daughters from birth. By building a community health center with modern facilities, everything from physiotherapy to gynecologists will be available here. The community health center built at a public place will create an excellent system for the service of everyone. It is a matter of joy that all modern medical services are available at the taluka location. On this occasion, the MP also proposed to allocate a grant for CT scan at this community center. Mahudha MLA Sanjay Singh Mahida thanked everyone including the state government and the Chief Minister and said, โThe community health center is not just a building but a center for health and well-being. Now the citizens of the local and surrounding villages will get all the health facilities at the taluka location itself. He thanked all the public representatives including the Chief Minister for this strong step in the direction of development. In his welcome speech, the Chief District Health Officer Dr. Dhruv said, โThis community health center will be ready in a year, due to which the people of the surrounding villages will also get the benefit of health facilities. In today’s program, the Women and Child Development Department provided Matrushakti Kit to pregnant sisters and lactating mothers, Balshakti Kit to six-year-old children and Poshan Kit to teenage girls. The MP performed the Annaprashan ceremony for young children. Also, cards were distributed to the beneficiaries of the PMJY scheme. Ayushman Vaya Vandana cards, which are given for free treatment of Rs. 10 lakhs, were distributed to all citizens above 70 years of age. Under the National Tuberculosis Eradication Program, nutrition kits were distributed to its patients with public participation. On this occasion, appointment letters were given to 32 newly appointed Vidya Sahayoks by the office of the District Education Officer at the hands of the MP. Also, Annaprashan ceremony was performed for young children. On this occasion, Sarvashree Mahudha Taluka Panchayat President Smt. Dakshaben Darbar, Mahudha Municipal President Shri Rupeshbhai Rathod and taluka leaders as well as Taluka Development Officer Shri Jyotiben Desai, Taluka Health Officer Dr. Dhrumil, District RCH Shri Pathan and Ayush Doctor Sheetalben Patel along with Mahudha Taluka Panchayat and Municipality leaders, officers and employees along with the townspeople were present.
