Etawah: DM takes a tough stand on Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, reprimands officers

During the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Jaswantnagar Tehsil, the attitude of the District Magistrate was seen to be very strict. The DM expressed displeasure over the negligence of the officers and gave them a stern warning. A total of 24 complaints were received in the Samadhan Diwas, but only one complaint was resolved on the spot. On this, the DM expressed displeasure with the officials and said that nothing will happen by showing action only on paper. Problems should be resolved at the ground level, so that the general public can get real benefits. During this, the Superintendent of Police (SSP) was also present. He heard complaints related to law and order and gave instructions to the concerned police stations on the spot. The DM told the officers in clear words that negligence will not be tolerated. The problems of the public should be taken seriously and timely solution should be ensured.
