Rasulabad Priya Tiwari, wife of Akshay Tiwari, resident of Narkhas, told the police in a written complaint that her neighbor Alok, son of Jhallu, calls her on her mobile and talks obscenely and harasses her. She informed her husband about his act, then Alok called on her phone in front of her husband and started talking obscenely, she handed over the phone to her husband and when her husband tried to talk, Alok started abusing her and threatened to kill her. Her husband went to Kanpur for work. On 30th June at 8:00 pm, the youth called on her husband’s mobile and threatened to go to Kanpur and shoot him. After this, when the victim woman’s cousin brother-in-law Aman Tiwari, Alok Tiwari went to the youth’s house to complain, he was not found at home on 3rd July, his family members Jhallu Tiwari son of Munnalal Ravi Tiwari, Anshu son of Jhallu Tiwari started abusing her brother-in-law and did not listen to anything they said and they also threatened to kill him and chased him away from there. On 3rd July, her sister-in-law was alone at home, then Alok Tiwari entered the house and asked me, why did your brother-in-law go to my house to complain. Meanwhile, Alok Tiwari and his family members entered the house, started beating her and ran away threatening to kill her when she made noise. Police registered a case on the complaint of the victim. Investigation started. Rasulabad Kotwal Harmeet Singh said that the case has been registered and action will be taken as per rules after investigation.
