Rape accused killed in police encounter

District:- Farrukhabad Report:- Varun Dubey Anchor- The accused of rape and murder of an 8-year-old girl in Farrukhabad was killed by the police in an encounter on Friday morning. There was a reward of Rs 50,000 on the accused. The name of the criminal is Manu son Laturi. He was a resident of Pakhna Kotwali Mohammadabad. The police was searching for him for many days. On Friday morning, the police surrounded him on the information of an informer. He fired at the police. He was shot in the retaliatory firing. The police brought him to the hospital in an injured state, where he died. BO- An 8-year-old girl who had come to her maternal grandmother’s house in Kotwali Mohammadabad went missing on June 27. Her body was found in Bhogaon, Mainpuri, the next day on June 28. SP Aarti Singh had deployed more than six teams to arrest the accused. The accused Manu has been identified from CCTV. In this, he was walking ahead with a bicycle. The girl was following him. According to SP Aarti Singh, several cases like murder and kidnapping were registered against the deceased accused. The police is taking action against criminals under the zero tolerance policy. 6 police teams were searching. An 8-year-old girl who had come to her maternal grandmother’s house in Kotwali Mohammadabad went missing on June 27. The next day on June 28, the body of the girl was found in Bhogaon, Mainpuri. SP Aarti Singh had deployed more than six teams to arrest the accused. An encounter took place between the police and the accused on Friday morning. The accused fired at the police. He was injured in the retaliatory action of the police. The injured accused was admitted to the district hospital Lohia. There Dr. Jai Singh declared him dead. SP Aarti Singh and Additional Superintendent of Police reached Lohia Hospital and inquired about the situation.
