Farrukhabad 15 days ago in Farrukhabad district, after a police constable was accused of raping a minor, on the order of the SP, a case was registered against the accused constable and action was initiated. The case was investigated by the police officers including the district ASP, and constable Binay Chauhan was found guilty in the investigation. After the incident, a bad stain was put on the khaki uniform, but the district SP Aarti completed the investigation in just 15 days and dismissed the guilty constable today. At present, the accused constable is currently lodged in the district jail of Farrukhabad. In Farrukhabad, BO-UP, a constable raped an 11th class student. The constable first kidnapped the student, then made her sit in the car at gunpoint. Then raped her in the moving car. The incident took place 15 days ago, when the student did not reach home till noon, the family started searching for her. Meanwhile, some people saw the student being pushed out of a car in the town. Some people including the father chased the car on a bike and stopped it. Meanwhile, the driver got the chance and ran away, but people caught the constable and handed him over to the police. On the complaint of the student’s father, a case was registered against the constable and his companion. After the case was registered, the accused constable was arrested by the Nawabganj police and sent to jail. The police officers were investigating the entire case. On the orders of SP Aarti Singh, the police officers completed the investigation process in just 15 days and the guilty accused constable Binay Chauhan was dismissed by the SP today. This action of the SP created a stir in the police department of the district. For the time being, this action of the SP has become a topic of discussion in the district.
