CDO Abhishek Kumar conducted surprise inspection of two schools of Phoolbehad development block on Thursday to check the quality and system of council schools of the district. During this, he reprimanded the negligent teachers, and also gave instructions for immediate solution of electricity problem in smart class. *Teacher was missing without permission, action taken* When CDO Abhishek Kumar reached Primary School Kunwarpur, it came to light that teacher Ruby Verma was continuously absent in this academic session without any authorized permission. Expressing displeasure over this serious negligence, CDO ordered immediate suspension. He said that teachers should be aware of their duty, the future of children will not be allowed to fall prey to anyone’s negligence. After this, CDO inspected Samvilian Vidyalaya Sanda. Here, a complaint was received about frequent power supply disruption in the school. There is an electric pole at a distance of 200-300 meters from the school, but due to the problem of wire breakage, smart class and other technical facilities are getting affected. The CDO directed the Block Education Officer to coordinate with the Electricity Department and get an additional pole installed and ensure a permanent solution. *Became a teacher in the class himself, taught the children* The CDO played the role of a teacher and taught the children and also examined their educational level in depth. He asked questions to the children, listened to the answers and tested the teaching methods. On this occasion, the CDO examined all the records including teacher diary, attendance register, mid-day meal register and gave corrective instructions. *Strict warning, no compromise on quality* CDO Abhishek Kumar said that there will be no compromise with the quality of teaching work in schools. Teachers were warned to reach school on time, provide quality education and participate in the all-round development of children.
