In Mainpuri district, the tonsure ceremony of the people who had come to the Shramner camp being held at the YBS Centre in the Buddhist Bihar located at Jasrajpur, Bhogaon, was performed. Bhante Upananda Thero said that the way Lord Buddha renounced the throne and went in search of truth, in the same way we people too will have to renounce greed and move ahead to serve the country. He taught the children the Tirsharan Panchsheel lesson. He told the children the methods of meditation. YBS National President Suresh Buddhist donated robes to the guests.
