Iran attacks Qatar, destroys US Air Force communications center

The extent of the damage caused by the fierce war between Iran and Israel last month is slowly being revealed. Iran released a video today claiming that a US communications facility in Qatar was destroyed in the war between Israel and Iran last month. The Iranian embassy in India released a video on social media platform X and said that satellite images show that Iran destroyed the primary communications radome of the US military in Qatar during the war last month. Its second radome is located in Kuwait. It is worth noting that neither Qatar nor the US has given any statement on Iran’s claim. The US had targeted three Iranian nuclear facilities with bunker buster bombs last month. In response, Iran attacked a US airbase in Qatar. According to Iran International, images released by private satellite company Satlogic on June 24 clearly show damage to the radome. The radome, located at Al Udeid Airbase, is a sensitive communications equipment installed in an advanced geodesic structure. It is the largest US military facility in the Middle East. It is used to transmit secret and secure messages to the headquarters of US Central Command (CENTCOM).
