However, the new visa integrity fee will be applicable from the year 2026. The good thing is that if you fulfill certain conditions, this fee can also be refunded. According to the report, a fixed fee of $ 250 will now be charged while issuing a visa. DHS has the right to increase this fee more than the original amount through future rules. That is, this fee can also be increased further. Visa integrity fees will increase annually from 2026 based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). This fee will increase at the rate of inflation. This fee cannot be waived and cannot be reduced under any circumstances. The new visa integrity fee will affect foreign students, tech workers, general workers, tourists and companies that hire people from all over the world. The government wants to make money through this new fee.
