According to the report, a state dinner is being organized for Prime Minister Narendra Modi during this time. According to speculations, China is upset that Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva hosted a state dinner for PM Modi after the summit, due to which they have made an excuse that they do not like the schedule of the BRICS summit and have made plans to stay away from the summit.
