Gandhidham, Date 18: There is a road network of more than 370 kilometers in the twin cities of Gandhidham and Adipur. Out of which, more than 40 roads are in bad condition. There are potholes. In many areas, the roads have ceased to exist, and the situation becomes difficult during the monsoon. It becomes difficult for people to pass. From children to elders and the elderly, people have to face this serious problem, especially when the situation becomes dire during an emergency. The distressed residents presented a protest in the form of a front. People from Gurukul 10-A area and Adipur’s 4-B area reached the Municipal Corporation. People met Deputy Municipal Commissioner Sanjay Ramanuj and complained that the condition of the roads in Gurukul and Adipur was bad, especially during the monsoon, and that the movement also became difficult, and the existence of the roads has also been questioned due to the fact that the roads have not been renovated. The complaint was expressed that the municipal corporation is not getting facilities despite paying taxes. Since there is no water disposal system, children have to face difficulties in going to school. People from many areas are facing such problems. The municipal administration demanded that the roads be renovated by taking appropriate steps in this regard. In response, the Deputy Municipal Commissioner said that attention will be paid to the systems in the coming time and work is also being done on the roads.
