The reason for the accident is being said to be bad weather. Officials gave information ADG (Law and Order) of Uttarakhand Dr. V. Murugeshan said that about 86 km from Kedarnath. A helicopter has crashed in the forests of Gaurikund near Rudraprayag. There were six people on board. Rescue teams have been dispatched to the scene as soon as the incident was reported. They confirmed that the missing helicopter in Gaurikund has crashed. Chief Minister Dhami expressed grief As soon as the incident was reported, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Dhami posted on ‘X’ in this matter and wished the safety of the passengers of the helicopter. He wrote, ‘Sad news has been received that a helicopter has crashed in the district Rudraprayag. SDRF, local administration and other rescue forces are carrying out rescue operations.’
