Industrial visits are being organized for the students of BP College of Business Administration (BBA) affiliated to Kadi University in every semester. This makes it easy for the students to understand all aspects of the professional field. 116 students of Semester-6 paid a two-day visit to Mundra Port in Kutch district. In the present time, there is a demand for management students in every field. Then the importance of the above visit increases in terms of skill development as well as experience in the industrial field. Today, many employment opportunities are being created in port management as well. Adani Group of Industries has become a banyan tree in the whole of India today. When the company started its business here 21 years ago, it started with just 2 jetties and today it has become a globally renowned company. Adani Group of Industries has grown very rapidly and is providing an example of success in the industrial sector to the society. Before visiting the industrial sector, Shri Pururajsinh Jhala Saheb gave complete information about the Adani Group. A total of five industrial sectors were visited by the students, including the 137 square kilometer SEZ and the 9 square kilometer West Port, which includes the power plant, oil refinery plant and the main port. On the first day, Shri Manohar Singh Gohil accompanied the students and gave them an in-depth introduction to the various functions of Adani Port, the importance of the port in the development of India, as well as the operation and administration of the port, etc. During the visit to the port, the students were given a detailed explanation. The message is that the way in which the visionary and successful industrialist of the Adani Group of Industries, Shri Gautambhai Adani, became a successful entrepreneur and paved the way for strengthening the economy of India and the entire world, should be conveyed to all the youth studying in the field of management in India today, so that they can come and get practical training in person and offer a gift to the society, nation and the world like Shri, Shri Gautambhai Adani has made a very beautiful arrangement for students of many educational institutions in Kutch-Mundra to visit and get practical training there. So far, thousands of schools and colleges have been connected and more than two lakh students have received practical training under the UDAN project run by Adani Foundation. On the first day, the students visited Adani Port & SEZ, after which the students saw the refining of different sunflower, ground nut oil, soybean oil, vegetable ghee by Adani Wilmar Company. Where does the raw material come from? Also, complete information about all the processes was given. The entire process of edible oil was explained to the students in a very beautiful way. The students got the opportunity to have darshan of Shantinath Mahadev here and participated in the group aarti in the evening. Which was a wonderful privilege for everyone. In Shanti Vihar, Shri Chandrakant Pandya Saheb made necessary arrangements for the cultural program after dinner for the students and was also present in the program. Also, Chandrakant Bhai was present from the company in the program, who gave very useful information about the entire Adani Group of Companies in depth and was present in the entire program and increased the enthusiasm of the students. At the beginning of the cultural program, Dr. Ashish Bhuva gave information about Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal, Sarva Vishwavidyalaya and BP College of Business Administration and also said that the activities run by Adani Foundation have become a school for practical training for students. During the cultural program, BBA students expressed their experience and said that the students got very useful information from this visit organized by the college and they expressed confidence that they will use the practical knowledge to establish a business and cultivate other professional skills and said that this was an unforgettable visit of our lives. In which we went out of the classroom and campus and visited the prestigious ports of the world. Other cultural performances like musical instruments, dance and Garba were performed by the students of BBA. At the end of the cultural program, Dr. Ashish Bhuva gave the vote of thanks. Then, the next morning, Shri Chandrakant Pandya Saheb explained the benefits of yoga, air, water, food and laughter. The students said that this would be very useful for everyone. On the second day of the industrial visit, Adani West Port and Adani Power Limited, which is India’s first private owner base and Asia’s second largest power plant with a capacity of 4620 megawatts of power production, were visited. Practical knowledge was given to the students about both types of electricity generation and all its stages. In the last phase of the visit, Pururajsinh Jhala, A.K.D. Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, on behalf of Adani Foundation, congratulated the students of B.B.A. College for their cultural program, enthusiasm for practical training and their discipline and wished them a bright future.
