Rushikesh Patel Statement on Corona and Jagannath Rath Yatra: Gujarat BJP spokesperson and Health Minister Hrishikesh Patel has made a big statement regarding the continuously increasing Corona cases in Gujarat and the Jagannath Rath Yatra. Appealing to the people regarding the continuously increasing cases and the Rath Yatra, Hrishikesh Patel said, โIn these times, those with cold and cough symptoms, comorbid patients and the elderly should avoid going to the Rath Yatra. They should have darshan of Lord Jagannath sitting at home. Sick people should not go in crowds. However, the Corona cases increasing day by day in the state cannot be called a wave or a tsunami. Last time, Corona cases increased gradually, then it decreased. Now, cases have increased for the last 25 days, but there is no risk to life. If symptoms appear, treatment should be started immediately. If someone shows common symptoms like cold-cough, sore throat, then they should be quarantined and treated and be careful.’
