More than 100 participants took part in the four-day national camp

Kanpur, JCI India’s prestigious national leadership camp ‘Able 2025 – Academy for Business Leadership and Excellence’ concluded with a grand ceremony on Monday, July 21 at Shri Ganga Valley Bithoor. In this four-day event organized by JCI Kanpur Industrial, youth from all over the country and Nepal received in-depth training in leadership, communication, business skills and ethical values.
Based on the theme “Gear Up to Grow”, this camp ran from July 18 to July 21, which was led by JCI Kanpur Industrial President Praneet Agarwal. Organizing Secretary Shruti Jain and Project Coordinator Neha Garg played an active role in making the event successful.
In the training sessions, experienced trainers like former National President JFS Deepak Nahar, HGF Srinivasan, Vikas Guglia, Dr. Deepak Makwana and Harish Gopalji Bastu Mantri guided the participants.
Certificates were distributed to the participants in the closing ceremony and experiences of the event were shared. The participants and guests wholeheartedly appreciated the entire arrangement. The chief guest of the closing ceremony was JCI National President Ankur Jhunjhunwala. In the program, JCI National President Ankur Jhunjhunwala was honored by JCI Kanpur Industrial President Praneet Agarwal and First Lady Pragya Agarwal by giving a bouquet. The special guest was JCI Zonal President Kapil Agarwal.
JCI Kanpur Industrial has once again brought laurels to the city at the national level. Two prominent personalities of the organization were awarded the country’s highest honors by JCI India, which sent a wave of pride across the city.
Neha Garg was honored with the honorary title of “Jaycee Foundation Star” by JCI India Foundation. This title is considered to be the highest honorary title given by JCI India. This honor was given by the National President himself at the closing ceremony of a national event. This award was given especially in appreciation of his outstanding dedication, months of planning and coordination in hosting ABLE 2025.
On the other hand, Praneet Agarwal, the current President of JCI Kanpur Industrial, was awarded the “National Pride PRESIDENT Recognition Pin”. This honor was given by the National President of JCI India, which symbolizes his leadership, service and dedication. It is noteworthy that Praneet Agarwal had received this honor earlier also in the year 2014, making him one of the select leaders to receive this distinguished honor twice.
These achievements are a matter of pride not only for JCI Kanpur Industrial, but for the entire city of Kanpur. It reflects our organization’s commitment to leadership building, social service and positive change.
