A four-member team of the Government of India conducted a physical inspection of the district hospital, CHC, PHC and Ayushman Arogya Mandir. The team will submit its report to the Government of India for corrective action. Lakhimpur Kheri. For the evaluation and physical inspection of the health related schemes being run by the central government, a four-member team under the leadership of Dr. Syed Zulfiqar Ahmed, Regional Director, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, conducted an evaluation and collaborative inspection of the CHC, PSC and district hospital of the district including the aspiring block Dhaurahra. During this, the team enquired about the health related services. The team included Medical Officer Dr. Nishchay Kesari, State Consultant Ashish Bajpai and RA Hemant Negi. Regional Director, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, Dr. Syed Zulfiqar Ahmed said that the team has conducted a three-day tour of the district to know the ground reality of the health related schemes being run by the Government of India and to take corrective action in them. On the first day, the team reached Nakaha CHC, where it visited NCD, infectious and communicable diseases, Dastak Abhiyan and the schemes being run. The team also visited a regional village and saw the communicable diseases and Dastak Abhiyan. On the second day, the team reached Aspirational Block Dhaurahra CHC, where the team has also conducted a physical inspection of Ayushman Arogya Mandir, Primary Health Center and regional villages along with CHC. On the third day, the team has inspected the District Hospital Motipur Oil and PHC Oyav along with Trauma Center. The deficiencies found will be informed to the government for corrective action.
