Advocate raised his voice in public interest due to lack of facilities at the expressway cut

Devendra Singh Kataria, an advocate of the District and Sessions Court of Mainpuri, has sent a memorandum to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority. He demanded that there are no stairs on the Etawah Mainpuri road to get down from the expressway near Karhal cut on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. The road is only built for private vehicles to get down. Passengers have to walk 1 kilometer along the road with their luggage to get down. Due to which they have to face a lot of problems. Whereas Saifai Medical College is also nearby, where many people come and go, but there is a problem due to the absence of stairs to get up and down. He said that Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation should also get a tin shed installed at this place so that when passengers have to catch a bus for Lucknow or Agra, they get exhausted due to the heat while waiting due to the scorching sun and during the rainy season, they themselves and their luggage get drenched in the rain, there is no place to escape from the rain. The Expressway Industrial Development Authority has not paid any attention to the facilities at Karhal cut. He has talked about providing relief from the problem raised in public interest.
