Kanpur, the victim appealed to the police commissioner for justice. Let us tell you that Anil Singh, who is a resident of Avadhpuri Shuklaganj, Unnao, told the media that my son Suryabhan Singh was working in the National Medical Agency Dawa Market, Birhana Road, Kanpur Nagar for about four years to learn the business of medicine. After learning the work, my son opened a shop in Shuklaganj, Unnao in the name of Baba Mahakal Traders on 7th July 2025. On coming to know about this, my son Suryabhan Singh was called by the owner of National Medical Agency, Amit Mishra, to his shop on 16th July 2025 at 4 pm to take his remaining salary and settle the accounts. Where my son was taken hostage, after that he called me from my son’s phone at about eight in the night with the firm’s cheque book and called me to his shop where Shiv Kumar Gupta, an active broker of the medicine market and a police informer of Collectorganj police station, who calls himself the General Secretary and is not only a businessman in Shivkumar’s medicine market, was already present. When I reached there, Shiv Kumar was already sitting in ambush and on seeing me he got furious and started abusing me and beating me, saying that you are such a big businessman, how did you open the shop without asking me? You cannot do any business without asking me. Victim Suryabhan Singh accused Shiv Kumar Gupta and said that he forcibly made me sign cheque no. 000005 and 000007, 000008, 000009, 000010 from my firm’s cheque book and also forcibly made me sign a stamp paper and Shiv Kumar Gupta snatched the Rs. 7400/- kept in my shirt pocket and said that now you keep giving me Rs. 50,000 cash every month or else I will send you to jail in a false theft and cheque case. The victim also said that my son has to take about Rs. 70,000 as salary from Amit Mishra but he is not giving that too. The victim said that he was left from the shop at about 12 in the night and was told that if you go to the police then you will be murdered. The victim’s family is very scared. Victim Suryabhan Singh said that if he does not get justice then he will commit suicide for which Shiv Kumar Gupta, Amit Mishra and others will be fully responsible. Victim Suryabhan Singh also said that my mobile Vivo Y200E was also snatched. I humbly request the Police Commissioner Sir to take strict action against the miscreants. The Police Commissioner’s Office was told that an investigation will be conducted in this case and strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty.
