After committing a crime in an organized manner and accumulating illegal property worth Rs. 1,23,76,000 in the name of himself and his family, the accused Jusab Valimamad Kakal of Bhuj, who was involved in a crime registered against three people at Bhuj City A-Division Police Station and was absconding to avoid arrest, was caught by the local crime branch of West Kutch Police from Anand. Based on the details provided by the police, after receiving prior information that the accused Jusab was at Vidyanagar in Anand, the police contacted the Anand police and after verifying the accused, a team from Kutch reached Anand and arrested the accused. The police seized a car from him and handed him over to Bhuj City A-Division Police Station for further action. It is noteworthy that in this case, various complaints have been registered against Jusab and a gang including Hussain Walimamad Kakal and Dilawar Walimamad Kakal for committing crimes including violence, intimidation, land grabbing, and extortion by promising cheap gold and not giving gold or money in return, in Bhuj and Mundra areas.
