Customers demanded to increase the staff, praised the chief branch manager

Hathgam, Fatehpur. Prior to the Foundation Day of Bank of Baroda, which has achieved top most achievements in the rural area in terms of business, a meeting of the Customer Service Committee was organized in Hathgam branch on Friday in coordination with Chief Branch Manager Mukesh Kumar Pandey, in which Chief Manager of Regional Office Amit Mishra was present as the chief guest. While he requested to add customers to the bank, the customers strongly demanded an increase in the cash counters. There was a positive dialogue between the customers and the bank officials. In the meeting of the Customer Service Committee organized in Bank of Baroda Hathgam, Regional Manager Amit Mishra requested the customers present to cooperate in connecting customers to the bank. He told that BOB is the second largest bank. With the efforts of all of you, it has to be converted into the first largest bank. Special focus was given on customer service so that customers do not face any kind of problem and their transactions are timely and clean. The customers present requested to increase the cash counters because there is a huge crowd of people depositing and withdrawing money due to one counter. In such a situation, if the bank’s big customers try to make their payments separately, then the people standing in the queue feel bad. When the regional manager Mr. Mishra asked about any kind of problem in opening the account, the customers replied positively. Net banking was also discussed and it was told that in the coming time, transactions will be completely online. This is the era of digital currency. It was also informed that cash is no longer a problem because some customers said that they were not able to get 6 to 7 lakh rupees when needed. All the customers informed the regional chief manager that after the arrival of Chief Branch Manager Hathgaon Mukesh Kumar Pandey, the banking service has improved a lot and customers are facing very few problems. Some people talked about delay in check clearance. Some informed that e-KYC work is not done on time. Bank officer Kuldeep Singh satisfied the customers. On this occasion, along with the bank staff, many customers including Rajesh Kumar Kesarwani, Manoj Singh Lalu, Mohammad Haris, Naman Gupta, Councilor Sunil Kumar, Firoz Ahmed, Anoop Verma, Mohammad Irfan, Hasan Mobile etc. were present.
