Despite the expenditure of Rs 33 crores by the Yatradham Tourism Board at Matana Madh, the road from the main entrance of the temple to Chacharakund is not being constructed, the area from the market square to the gate number-3 of the temple is filled with mud and slush from rainwater. Geographically, the rainwater of the entire village has been flowing out from the market square of Matana Madh towards the gate number-3 of the temple for years. This time, a Deepmala pillar and approximately 10 gunthas have been laid on the outside of the temple, which has raised the ground level and is causing rainwater to stagnate here. Therefore, pilgrims and villagers are sarcastically saying that development has stopped the flow of rainwater. At a cost of Rs 33 crore, the Tourism Board had undertaken four projects to build the temple premises, Chacharkund, Khatlabhavani Temple and Ruparai Lake here, in which all the roads of Mata Madh up to Chacharkund were to be built. These roads have been dug today through the works of the sewerage scheme. New roads have not been built. Such incomplete works have also been inaugurated. Now whether these roads will be built? Such questions are being raised. New street lights have been installed on these roads, but what about the fact that this entire road has not been built? This question is also being raised by pilgrims. The administrator of Madh Gram Panchayat and Talati Minister wrote a letter to Provincial Officer Suraj Suthar and said that as part of the land has been raised for development works near Gate No. 3, rainwater is getting stuck in the market square, due to which mud is spreading. It is necessary to build this road immediately and solve the problem. When asked about this, the Nakhatrana provincial officer said that due to lack of grants, road works have not been done yet. The first phase of development works has been completed.
