While devotees have thronged the major temples in the state on the occasion of Guru Purnima, a large number of devotees have been seen at famous pilgrimage sites including Santram Temple in Nadiad, Pavagadh in Panchmahal, Ambaji, Dwarka, Dakor, Shamlaji. A large number of devotees from across the state came to the Santram Temple in Nadiad in Kheda district to seek the blessings of Santram Bapa. Apart from this, farmers are feeling blessed by offering their first crop to Santram Bapa. Devotees were seen thronging the Shamaliya Seth at Shamlaji in Aravalli from early morning on Guru Purnima today, Thursday. Lord Shamaliya was specially decorated on the occasion of Guru Purnima. While the temple premises echoed with the sound of Shamaliya. On the other hand, a large number of devotees also came to Devrajdham in Modasa for darshan. Today, on the day of Guru Purnima, a huge crowd of devotees is seen at famous pilgrimage sites across the state, while a large number of devotees had gathered in Pavagadh of Panchmahal district since early morning today for darshan. On the auspicious day of Ashadh Sud Poonam i.e. Guru Purnima, a large number of devotees had gathered in Ambaji Temple for darshan. Devotees worshipped Bhattji Maharaj, the chief priest of Ambaji Temple, as their Guru, and received blessings. Today, Guru Purnima is being celebrated everywhere, while devotees are reaching different holy pilgrimage sites in the state and having darshan of the Lord. In which, devotees are feeling blessed after having darshan of Lord Ranchhodrai.
