In Varanasi, the anti-corruption team has caught the Mandi Inspector red-handed taking bribe. The Mandi Inspector has been caught red-handed taking a bribe of ₹22000. ₹22 thousand was demanded in the name of license while the price of the license is only ₹250.

In a press release by Anti Corruption, it was told that Ajit Kumar Ojha, a resident of Lodhan of Shivpur police station, lodged a complaint at the Anti Corruption Office on 15 August that he had applied for a license in the name of Rudra Training Company from 24 June. When he met Mandi Inspector Kachhwa Road Satyendra Nath for the license, he demanded ₹22000 as bribe in addition to the license fee of ₹250. Satyendra Kumar Ojha told that he was told that the license will not be issued without taking money, for this he called 20 to 25 times and asked to meet.
