Kasya Police arrested 09 accused playing gambling, cash, motorcycle and mobile recovered
Kushinagar, 21 July 2025 โ Under the campaign being run against criminals in the district, Kasya Police Station has achieved great success. Police has arrested 09 accused playing gambling in Kasya area. A total of โน 17,780 cash, 04 card boards, two bundles of chits, 52 open slips, 05 motorcycles and 07 mobile phones were recovered from the spot.
The arrested accused include Narayan, Rais Ahmed, Abdul Khan, Mahendra, Rajendra Jaiswal, Satish Kumar, Upendra Kannaujiya, Chandrabhushan Pandey and Ajmat Ansari. A case has been registered against them at Kasya police station under crime number 0484/2025, section 13 Gambling Act and further legal action is being taken.
In this action, SHO Amit Sharma and other officers and employees of his team were involved. This action taken by Kushinagar Police is being considered an important step towards crime control.
