Kushinagar Police’s big success, three murder accused sentenced to life imprisonment

Under “Operation Conviction”, Kushinagar Police has achieved a major success and got three convicts sentenced to life imprisonment in a murder case. The case relates to case number 637/2019 registered in police station Kasya area, in which action was taken under sections 498A, 304B, 302 IPC and 3/4 DP Act.
On the basis of effective advocacy and solid evidence, the court Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC-1 Padrauna Kushinagar sentenced the accused Nanhe Lal, Harnath alias Thugai, and Kalavati (all residents of Chandrasaura, police station Sandi, district Hardoi) to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 each.
In this decision, the Investigating Officer Mr. Ram Prasad, the Area Officer Mr. Piyushkant Rai, the Prosecution Officer Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, the Inspector-in-Charge Kasya Mr. Amit Sharma and the Advocate Constable Shrikant Maurya had a commendable contribution.
Under “Operation Conviction”, this is being considered an effective step towards ensuring justice against criminals by Kushinagar Police.
