Lions Club Upkar honoured Abhay Verma Expressed pride on selection in Bollywood and getting International Glory Award Lakhimpur. Lions Club Lakhimpur Upkar honoured the emerging artist of the district Abhay Verma and increased the prestige of the district. Recently, Abhay Verma was welcomed by presenting a bouquet and a shawl in a programme organised by the club on being selected in a Bollywood film and being honoured with International Glory Award. Abhay Verma is the grandson of former President of Advocates Association Shri Ramesh Kumar Verma. Club President Shri Shailendra Pratap Singh said that this achievement is a matter of pride not only for Lakhimpur but for the entire state. He wished Abhay to touch greater heights in the future. Giving credit for this success to his family, teachers and well-wishers, Abhay Verma said that he will continue to bring glory to the district by working with dedication and hard work in the future as well. On this occasion, former President of the Club Rajveer Singh, H.S. Many members including Pahwa, Secretary Amar Singh, Anil Agarwal, Rajkumar Saxena, Prasun Tandon were present. Everyone wished Abhay Verma a bright future.
