Incessant rains are lashing most of the districts of the state. Especially on Sunday, people have suffered a lot due to heavy rains in Banaskantha. At that time, a car was pulled near Godhavata village in Botad. 7 devotees riding in the car were pulled. Out of which Krishnakant Pandya and Prabuddha Kasiya (about 10 years old) have died, 4 have been rescued safely, while 1 is still missing. The local rescue team and the NDRF team of the incident had reached the spot. According to the information received, a major accident has taken place near Botad today, where a car was pulled into a stream of water while crossing a causeway. In this accident, two devotees of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha have tragically died, while one person is still missing. Fortunately, four other people riding in the car were rescued safely. According to preliminary information, the saints were on their way from Bochasan to Salangpur when the accident occurred. Due to heavy rains, the water flow on the causeway was strong, due to which the car lost control and fell into the water.
