In which 9.8 inches of rain was recorded in Ahva, 9.5 inches in Kaprada, 7.7 inches in Waghai and inches in Subir. Now the Meteorological Department has predicted heavy to very heavy rains in South Gujarat and Saurashtra in the next 24 hours in the state. Orange alert issued in 6 districts of South Gujarat According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, an orange alert has been issued in 6 districts of South Gujarat on Thursday (June 19). In which there is a possibility of heavy rain in Surat, Navsari, Dang, Valsad, Daman and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued in 9 districts of Gujarat. Heavy rain is predicted in Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Dahod, Tapi, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Gir-Somnath and Diu. Heavy to very heavy rain has been predicted in Dadra and Nagar Haveli as well as Porbandar, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Gir Somnath and Diu in Saurashtra.
