The Union Minister for Commerce and Industry, Hon’ble Shri Piyush Goyal and the Chief Minister of Haryana, Hon’ble Shri Nayabsinh Saini, presented the Visionary Leadership Award 2025 to Dr. Meenesh Shah, Chairman, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), at the 16th Agriculture Leadership Conclave organized by Agriculture Today Group in New Delhi on 9 July 2025. The Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha, Hon’ble Shri Kanak Vardhan Singh Dev, Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Hon’ble Shri Dharmapal Singh and former Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Justice P. Sathasivam were present on the occasion. This prestigious award conferred on Dr. Meenesh Shah is a testament to his exceptional leadership and transformative contributions in the dairy and allied sectors. His unwavering commitment to advancing farmer-centric and technology-based solutions has played a key role in enhancing livelihoods in rural areas and paving the way for the growth of India’s agri-economy. Dr. Meenesh Shah’s dedication to promoting agricultural development and boosting the prosperity of rural areas is truly commendable. Expressing his gratitude on the occasion, the Chairman of NDDB said, “I am deeply grateful and deeply honoured to the Awards Committee headed by Hon’ble Justice P. Sathasivam, former Chief Justice of India, for conferring this award on me in recognition of my contribution to society and the dairy sector.
