One dead and three seriously injured in bike collision

Auraiya. Two bikes collided heavily near Gali Mod on Bidhuna road in Bela police station Bela area of the district. One person died in the incident while three people were seriously injured. Police is busy investigating the incident. It has been told in relation to the news that on Wednesday night Suresh Chandra alias Matlu son Subedar resident Siryawa police station Bela, whose house is under construction, was going back to the village from Bela after dropping the mason on his bike. As soon as he reached near Gali Mod before Chhahari culvert, at the same time Prem Narayan Mishra, resident of Bela town, was returning from village Kisai Jagdishpur of Kannauj with his wife Geeta Devi and daughter Jahnavi. During this time, both the bikes collided heavily. In the road accident, four people riding on both the bikes were seriously injured. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police station reached the spot. The police hurriedly took the seriously injured Suresh Chandra to the community health center Bidhuna for treatment at night. The doctors declared him dead as soon as they saw him. The other bike rider Prem Narayan and his wife Geeta Devi and daughter Jahnavi were taken to a private hospital in Bela for treatment. The doctors referred them to Kanpur after first aid. The family members of the deceased Suresh Chandra are in a state of turmoil over the incident. On Thursday afternoon, police station in-charge Ganga Das Gautam said that two bikes collided on Wednesday night. Suresh Chandra died in the road accident, the body has been sent for post-mortem. The complaint has not been received yet. Further action will be taken as soon as the complaint is received.
