Passengers narrowly escaped after the bus got stuck in a ditch due to sudden axle breakage, a major accident was averted

Auraiya. A major accident was averted near Diwhara village on Bidhuna-Kishni road under Erwakatra police station area of Tehsil Bidhuna. The front axle of a private bus carrying passengers from Rasulabad of Kanpur countryside to Gurgaon of Haryana broke, due to which the bus went out of control and got stuck in a pit on the side of the road. As soon as the bus suddenly went out of control, there was a lot of screaming among the passengers, but luckily there were no casualties. Driver Sanjeev Kumar, resident of Bholapur, Rasulabad, said that he had left for Gurgaon late on Thursday evening, when this accident happened near Diwhara village. Passengers Ashok Kumar, Deepak, Shiva and Ramkumar from Bidhuna said that all the passengers are safe. A major accident was averted due to the driver’s presence of mind. After the incident, a huge crowd of passersby and villagers gathered at the spot.
