Kanpur, People of Gahoi Samaj celebrated Black Day in protest against the former president. Wearing black clothes and carrying black flags, the protest was held in Gahoi Bhawan located in Kidwai Nagar under the leadership of Gulabchand Nagariya! The President of Gahoi Vaishya Kalyan Samiti said that the elections have been held for the last two years but till now the former president PC Kurele has not given the responsibility of the organization to the current president. In protest against this, 10-day Black Day is being celebrated. He further said that in protest against making the democratic process of the election of Gahoi Vaishya Kalyan Samiti (regd.) controversial in dictatorship. Not cooperating in the inspection and preparation of the voter list before the election and declaring the voter list as fake after losing the election. Accusing the election officials of collusion after losing the election, not transferring power to the elected executive and obstructing their legal work. President Gulabchand Nagariya, Vice President Murari Lal Gahoi, Balram Prashant Damele, Manik Lal Lohia, Parmanand Katare, Mahesh Barasiya, R K Soni, Akhilesh Gahoi, Pappu Kurele and others were present in the protest.
