Heavy rains from July 4 to 6 have caused widespread flooding in the Texas Hill Country of the United States. More than 100 people, including 28 children, have lost their lives in the devastating floods. Emergency teams are currently searching with full force using boats and helicopters to rescue those trapped in the floods. According to Kerr County officials, Camp Mystic and several other summer camps are located in the affected Kerr County. Searchers in Kerr County have found the bodies of 84 people, including 28 children, bringing the death toll in Texas to 104. White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt said, ‘Local and federal weather services gave the Kerr County community ample warning before the floods. US President Donald Trump may visit the flooded area in Texas later this week. But a final decision has not been made in this regard yet.’ According to media reports, this is the first time in the history of Texas that such a terrible flood has occurred. The death toll has reached 104. This includes 28 children. 41 people are missing, including 10 girls who were at the Mystic Summer Camp in Texas. The administration is conducting search and rescue operations for all. 750 girls participated in this camp. Many of them have been swept away in the flood. The situation is not under control yet. So there is a fear that the death toll will increase.
