Amidst floods and rains, there has been a lot of destruction in Himachal Pradesh. News of cloudbursts has come to light in Dharmapur, Laungani of Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. It is being told that 7 to 8 houses have been swept away in the water in the Karsog valley due to a cloudburst. Pictures have also come to light of cars floating in many areas. People have been advised to stay indoors for now. Also, the violent form of the Tirthan river is being seen in the Banjar valley of Kullu. Where many roads have been broken due to rain and floods. In Megli, Karsog, water started flowing through the village in the drain, due to which about 8 houses and more than two dozen cars have been engulfed in it. The drains in the hills are flowing in such a terrifying form that the water has filled the villages, due to which people have left their houses at midnight and reached the road. Currently, arrangements are being made for people to stay in the police camp located on the hills. In Dharmapur, the river water has started flowing about 20 feet, due to which the market and police station have been submerged. In Thunag, a drain has started flowing on the main market road. Water has entered people’s houses, due to which people had to stay awake all night. Due to heavy rains and landslides in many areas, people are having to suffer damage to their personal belongings, and transport on the road has also been disrupted.
