“The laborer cried for his wife… when relations backed off, two strangers became the support of his breath” Padrauna Kushinagar. Sometimes life brings you to such a point where neither your loved ones are with you nor the circumstances. But at such a time, if a stranger becomes an angel after understanding your pain, then it becomes the most beautiful picture of humanity. Jitendra Kushwaha, a resident of Mithhaan Mafi village of Vishunpura development block, is a poor laborer, whose wife is dependent on dialysis every month due to failure of both kidneys. After every dialysis, there is a huge loss of blood in the body and recently the doctors demanded 2 units of blood immediately. But there was no money, nor any relative who would come forward to help. Helpless Jitendra had tears in his eyes… He made an emotional appeal on social media: “Bhaiya, I will give whatever expenses are incurred, just save my wife.” This appeal touched the hearts of two true sons of humanity. On Wednesday, Dumrabhaar journalist Akhilesh Tiwari and Hata resident Aditya Madheshiya came from 40 km away without any delay and donated blood and gave life to that dying woman again. These youths proved that humanity is not yet dead. When the loved ones turned their backs, then two strangers did what only God could do. This story is not just about blood donation but it is a story of wiping tears from eyes, giving life to broken hopes, and giving the assurance that angels are still alive in this world.
