Devaram Prajapat, a resident of Jodhpur’s Jhalamand area, has alleged that Pooja Mishra married him on September 10, 2024, by giving her false name and address, in collaboration with a broker Vimala Devi. Pooja then identified herself as Nami Mishra from Bihar. Devaram said that he had paid Vimala Dev two lakh rupees as brokerage. Just eight days after the wedding, Pooja fled with cash and jewellery. After a long search, Devaram saw her in an interview on social media and identified her and informed the police. Police investigation revealed that Pooja had married by creating a fake identity. Pooja, who married by claiming to be from Bihar, is actually a resident of Jhansi, UP and her real name is Pooja Devi. This entire incident has exposed many faces of Pooja and exposed her method of cheating. Police are now investigating how many other people Pooja has cheated and looted.
