With the announcement of this map, the municipality has also started a meeting with the owners of land in this area and objections will also be invited in the coming days. The municipality had announced the map of TP scheme number 94. In which, for the first time, it has been planned that the Surat Municipality will get a uniform 40 percent deduction in all the block numbered land. Surat Municipality had announced the primary map of TP scheme number 94 (Mota Varachha) for an area of 119.51 hectares yesterday. Along with announcing the map yesterday, Surat Municipality organized a meeting at the head office of the municipality with the owners who have land or interest in this TP scheme. In addition to internal road connectivity, the area of TP Scheme No. 94 will also get a direct connection road connecting to the Outer Ring Road. The area of this TP Scheme is one of the fastest growing large areas of Surat. Through this TP Scheme, Surat Municipality will get 3.10 lakh sq.m. of land along with roads in an area of 2.23 lakh sq.m. The Municipality will get 40 percent of the land for various purposes. Surat Municipality has set the criteria of uniform deduction for planning this TP Scheme. If the work is successful according to this, then this TP Scheme No. 94 will become the first such TP Scheme of Surat Municipality. In which the Municipality will get 40 percent uniform deduction in all the block numbers. In this TP Scheme, 45 meters, 36 meters, 30 meters, 18 meters and 12 meters width have been suggested. Along with this, link roads with other TP schemes have also been announced. This TP scheme will get 3.10 lakh sq.m. of space, in which the municipality will get a network of parking facilities including water, drainage, garden, school, sports complex, parking, vegetable market, etc. The project will also get space for the project. The maps for the TP scheme were announced yesterday and after a meeting with the owner, objections will be invited in the coming days.
