Two PGVCL electricians die due to electrocution in Gondal, questions raised about safety

Horrifying news has been received from Gondal. PGVCL employees were working in the feeder opposite the Gondal sub-jail, during which two employees died due to sudden electrocution. The death of both the young employees has created an atmosphere of mourning and questions have been raised against PGVCL regarding the safety of the employees. According to the information received, PGVCL was carrying out repair work in the Srihari feeder for the last four days. Around 25 employees were involved in this work, when suddenly the electricity supply was switched on and Bhagwan Singh Ramlal Bhil (aged 22) and Suraj Kumar Banesingh Bhil (aged 20) died due to electrocution. After getting information about the incident, 108 ambulance immediately reached the spot, but by then two youths had lost their lives. Currently, their bodies have been shifted to the hospital for postmortem.
