*Vehicle movement prohibited on Matanamadh to Kotda road* *Notification issued by District Magistrate Shri Anand Patel* In the details of the proposal dated 26/06/2025 of the Superintendent of Police, West Kutch-Bhuj and dated 24/06/2025 of the Executive Engineer, Panchayat Road and Building Department, Bhuj-Kutch, the Executive Engineer, Panchayat Road and Building Department, Bhuj-Kutch, has found mineral deposits between ch.0/600 to 3/600 of the Matanamadh to Kotda road under the sub-division of Ch.0/600 to 3/600, and a total of 3.00 km of the road from ch.0/600 to 3/600 is to be handed over to the GMDC, therefore, a proposal has been submitted to close this road for general traffic and issue a temporary notification to use an alternative road. District Magistrate Anand Patel Kutch-Bhuj has ordered under Section 33(1) (b) of the Gujarat Police Act, 1951 that, as per the notification, the movement of vehicles on the road/road will be closed for a period up to 01/01/2026 and an alternative road/road will have to be used. As an alternative road/road, vehicles will be able to move from the road where the asphalt road meets the existing road at Ch.0/600 towards Kotda village on the left. This notification will not apply to government vehicles/vehicles stopped for government work, vehicles authorized by the competent authority as per the orders of the Superintendent of Police, West Kutch-Bhuj/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nakhatrana.
