Bindki, Fatehpur. The attack of a wild jackal in Bindki area has created an atmosphere of panic among the villagers. According to the information, a wild jackal suddenly attacked three people in the village yesterday and injured them, including an innocent child and a woman. All the injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital, where their treatment is going on.
The most talked about incident is the innocent child, who has been badly injured in the jackal attack. There are scratches and teeth marks on his body. Villagers said that the child was playing near his house, when suddenly a jackal came out of the bushes and pounced on him. In another incident, a farmer from the same village came under the target of a jackal while returning from the field in the morning. He too has been badly injured. The villagers saved him in time and took him to the hospital. Villagers believe that these jackals have entered the village from the nearby forest or barren land. Some people say that due to recent rains and deforestation, the natural habitat of these animals has been destroyed, due to which a jackal attacked a woman living in a residential area. The woman was going towards the field when suddenly a jackal attacked her from behind. The woman showed courage and tried to chase the jackal away with a stick, due to which she was somehow saved. However, she has serious injuries on her hands and legs. The third injured person is coming. There is an atmosphere of panic in the entire village since the incident. Children are not coming out of their homes, women are afraid of going to the fields and villagers are keeping watch at night. Many people have even stopped tying their animals outside. The villagers have appealed to the administration regarding this entire matter. The village head and local public representatives have together lodged a complaint in the police station and demanded action from the forest department.
